Who We Are

 We are diverse:

• Demographically, we are mostly in our 20’s-40’s, with and without children (but all ages are welcome!)  We have singles and couples, LGBTQ (yes, all 5!) and straight folks, yuppies and hippies....
• Professionally, we are academics, educators, entrepreneurs, high-tech geeks, non-profit managers, business leaders, artists, writers, musicians and yes, doctors and lawyers.
• Jewishly, we come from many different backgrounds (from the very religious to those raised with no Judaism at all) - and we value and respect this diversity.
• Spiritually, we each engage with Judaism in different ways (some like to pray, some like to hike, some like to discuss Jewish books, etc.)

We also have much in common:

• We want a community that accepts people as they are.
• We take our Judaism seriously, but that often means asking questions, not being given answers.
• We invite personal exploration, without assuming that there is only one "right" endpoint.
• We are energized by the opportunity to build a community together.
